This castle, stripped of its ornaments and furniture, has been abandoned by those who live in the town surrounding. It has become a repository for artwork seized from churches and princely homes, but a small number of vampires and werewolves live here as well, in the deep recesses of the castle. After all, who goes here anymore?

VERSAILLES,
The town and the palace within has taken a toll from the Revolution. Its once lively streets have dwindled due to two thirds of the inhabitants leaving. Both werewolves and vampires live here, due to the fact that they are generally left alone by those remaining, and have a bit heftier supply when in need of an emergency meal.
